AppWisePlay respects your privacy. We're a financial analysis
company based in Thailand, and we know how important your data is when
you're making business decisions.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it,
and what we do with it. We've written it in plain language because
privacy policies shouldn't require a law degree to understand.
Information We Collect
When you use our financial analysis services, we collect different
types of information depending on how you interact with us.
Information You Give Us
Directly
This includes data you provide when creating an account, requesting
analysis, or contacting our team:
- Name and company details
- Email address and phone number
- Business financial data you upload for analysis
- Payment information when purchasing services
- Messages you send through our contact forms
Information We Collect
Automatically
Our systems automatically log certain information when you visit our
website:
- IP address and general location data
- Browser type and device information
- Pages you visit and time spent on our site
- Referring website or search terms used
- Technical data about how you interact with our platform
How We Use Your Information
We're not in the business of selling your data. Everything we
collect serves a specific purpose related to providing better financial
analysis services.
Primary Uses: We use your information to deliver
the financial analysis services you've requested, process your
payments, and communicate with you about your account.
More specifically, we use your data to:
- Generate customized financial reports and business insights
- Improve our analysis algorithms and service quality
- Send important updates about your account or services
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Prevent fraud and maintain platform security
- Comply with Thai legal and regulatory requirements
We occasionally send emails about new features or services, but you
can opt out anytime. Account-related emails (like security alerts)
can't be disabled because they're essential to service operation.
Data Storage and Protection
Your financial data deserves serious protection. We store
information on secure servers with multiple layers of security.
Security Measures
- Industry-standard encryption for data transmission and
storage
- Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
- Access controls limiting who can view your data internally
- Automated backup systems with encrypted storage
- Monitoring systems to detect unauthorized access attempts
That said, no system is completely invulnerable. We do our best to
protect your information, but we can't guarantee absolute security. If
we detect a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly as
required by Thai law.
Where Your Data Lives
Our primary servers are located in Thailand. Some services (like
cloud backup systems) may store copies of data outside Thailand, but
only with providers meeting international security standards equivalent
to Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.

Your Rights Under Thai Law
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act gives you substantial
control over your information. Here's what you can do:
Access and Portability
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. We'll
provide it in a commonly used format within 30 days. There's no fee
unless your request is clearly excessive or repetitive.
Correction and Updates
Found something wrong in your data? You can update most information
directly through your account dashboard. For data you can't change
yourself, contact us and we'll make corrections within 30 days.
Deletion Requests
You can ask us to delete your personal information. We'll comply
unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it (like completing a
financial analysis you've paid for, or complying with legal
obligations). Even after deletion, some anonymized data may remain in
backup systems temporarily.
How to Exercise Your Rights: Email
[email protected] with your request. We'll verify your identity
and respond within the timeframes required by Thai law.
Objection and Restriction
You can object to certain types of data processing or ask us to
restrict how we use your information. We'll honor reasonable requests
unless we have compelling grounds to continue processing.
Data Retention Periods
We don't keep your data forever. Different types of information have
different retention schedules based on business needs and legal
requirements.
- Account Information: Retained while your account
is active, plus 3 years after closure for legal compliance
- Financial Analysis Data: Kept for 7 years to
comply with Thai accounting and tax regulations
- Communication Records: Stored for 2 years to
maintain service quality and resolve disputes
- Website Usage Logs: Automatically deleted after
18 months unless needed for security investigations
- Marketing Data: Removed within 30 days of opting
out of communications
After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize data
so it can no longer identify you.

protection laws

policy. Continued use of our services after changes become effective
means you accept the updated policy.

contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Most concerns can
be addressed through direct communication.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to
file a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
You can also seek remedies through Thai courts if you believe we've
violated your data protection rights.
